General infos
1. I’m available for commercial inquires, in that chase, don't hesitate to contact me.
2. The commissions are for personal use only.
Time of delivering and deadlines
1. Before requesting a quote be certain to tell me when you want your commission delivered and I'll tell you the delivering time according to the needs of both parts. I reserve the right to decline a deadline if it doesn't match my time possibilities.
2. Usually I take 1 day ~ up to 1/2 months to complete a commission, depending on complexity and on my waiting list. (Check my Trello to see processes and wips)
How to book a slot
1. DM me in a detailed and nice manner providing all the informations about your request (description of the character/illustration/project). Add any deadlines you may have in mind. Alternatively, fullfill the commission form in my linktree to request a free and personalized quote (forms are available down below).
2.If needed, include images and photos you would like me to use as inspiration or reference.
3.Payments upfront via PayPal only. Once paid you'll be ensured a slot (Commissions higher than 80 USD / € have a facility, please read .E.3)
Copyright & Usage
1.I reserve all the rights on my commissions: specifically I reserve the right to post them online (I’ll proper credit you) and add them in my professional portfolio.
2.Clients may repost my art as long as proper credit to me is included: must include my name as an artist (Elycini) and add a link to my social media pages, also signature must be visible.
3.I do not claim client's intellectual proprieties used to create the commission.
4.The client may not edit, alter, or trace the commission without my expressed and written permission.
5.You may not sell the piece or make merchandising out of it.
6.Clients/commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFT.
Payments/additional fees/refunds
1. Payments upfront via PayPal ONLY. Once paid you’ll be ensured a slot
2. Prices may increase depending on the complexity and number of details/characters.
3. ONLY for commissions higher than 80 USD / € and commission sets: A 50% upfront fee is required after both parties agree on the Commission terms and details, in this way you'll be able to book a slot. Only after the first payment has been recieved will I start working on the Commission. The remaining 50% is required after the Client has officially approved of the final result. Only when the full payment has been recieved will the high quality file and ownership of the Commission be transfered to the client.
4. There’s up to 2 free reviews, In the early stage of the commission I will provide you with constant wips to be certain that I am fullfilling your needs. Any additional reviews must be paid before I’ll deliver the final. Further additionals after delivering the final will be charged accordingly.
5. Full refunds are issued only before the start of work of a particular order.
6. If commission is being cancelled during the actual creation process, refunds will be calculated depending on done progress.
7.All prices are expressed in $ or € (USD or EUR), and payments are expected to be made as such. The Client is responsible for providing the correct amount, equal to the USD / € amount. Currency conversion fees and other relatives (Paypal) are charged to the costumers.
8. ONLY for local buyers (Italy): the conversion is not needed and payments may be done in €, The Client is responsable for providing the respective amount, after according with the artist.
